Musical Ministry

Music is a key part of our worship at Electra Community Church.  While our primary emphasis is on contemporary choruses and songs led by our praise and worship team, we still sing some of the traditional hymns as well.  Our desire is to provide opportunities that encourage our church family in expressing the love and praise we have for our God and Father and His Son Jesus Christ.  We seek to worship not only in spirit but also with our minds (1 Corinthians 14:15), keeping focus on our Lord, our relationship with Him, and the truth He has revealed to us through His Word.

In addition to its active part in our Sunday morning services, our "Praise Team" also ministers to our body with an occasional Praise and Worship time of singing on Sunday evenings and ministers to the residents of our local nursing home on a rotating basis.
